In collaboration with The Construction Center of Excellence, we embarked on a mission to create an empowering event dedicated to women in the construction and energy trades. From banners and agendas to stickers and t-shirts, we infused every aspect with the essence of sisterhood, learning, and inspiration. Inspired by the success of their previous conference, EmPower, we worked closely with the organizational team to name and build a brand for this event that energized and elevated the craft of every woman in attendance.
